PINEAPPLE JUICE
Recipe
 - 1 big ripe pineapple
- 1 capful pineapple flavour
 - Sugar to taste or honey (optional)
- 1 drop of food coloring

  METHOD
- Wash and peel the pineapple
- Cut into pieces and blend very well
 - Pass it through a strainer
 - Add sugar or honey (optional),flavour and food coloring.
 - Serve chilled
