Preparation Of Peanuts

PEANUTS :

Recipe : 

  • 3cups Groundnuts 
  • 3cups flour 
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1teaspoonful flavour (vanilla,milk  or coconut )
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying.


Method :

  •  Soak groundnut with warm water sieve out water add salt and dry.
  • Mix flour and other powder ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Beat egg,flavour and sugar together.
  •  Pour egg mix into the nuts little at a time and mix such that all the nuts is coated.
  • Sprinkle the flour mixture and stir/swirl until completely coated and doesn't stick.
  • Repeat the procedure once or twice to completely coat the nuts and deep fry in hot oil until golden-brown.
