Preparation Of Peanuts
PEANUTS :
Recipe :
- 3cups Groundnuts
- 3cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1teaspoonful flavour (vanilla,milk or coconut )
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for frying.
Method :
- Soak groundnut with warm water sieve out water add salt and dry.
- Mix flour and other powder ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Beat egg,flavour and sugar together.
- Pour egg mix into the nuts little at a time and mix such that all the nuts is coated.
- Sprinkle the flour mixture and stir/swirl until completely coated and doesn't stick.
- Repeat the procedure once or twice to completely coat the nuts and deep fry in hot oil until golden-brown.
