COLESLAW
RECIPE
- Cabbage - 200g
- Carrot - 50g
- Onions(optional) - 25g
- Mayonnaise,natural yourghurt - 125ml
METHOD
- -Trim off the outside leaves of the cabbage
- -Cut into quarters,remove the centre stock
- -Wash the cabbage,shred finely and drain well
- -Scrap,wash and also shred the carrot
- -Mix with a fine julienne of raw carrot and shredded onions
- -Mix with mayonnaise ,natural yourghurt or vinegress
- -Serve cold
NOTE
*To lessen the harshness of raw onions,blanche and refresh
