Today,am going to take you on how to make bread for the family,all by yourself at home. I promise it's going to be an interesting episode.
Some of the ingredients we are going to use today are listed below


Flour - 200g
Butter - 75g
Yeast - 25g
Sugar - 50g (Individual Taste )
Salt - Pinch
Water(Lukewarm) - 120ml ( Though it varies )


- Sieve flour into a clean dry bowl,add salt,yeast and sugar. Mix well.
- Rub - in fat to the mixture,rub it in until it has a texture of fine bread crumbs.
- Make a well at the center,then add your warm water gradually and mix.
- Knead the dough on a floured board,then put back in the bowl,cover with a clean napkin and allow to prove/rise for about 50 minutes (keep in a warm place)
-After 50 minutes,when the dough must have doubled in size,you put the dough back on the floured board,and knead again(in catering,this process is called knock-back).
- Then you would into balls of your desired shapes and sizes.
- Cover and keep in a warm again,and allow to rise for about 10 - 15 minutes.
- Pre heat oven
- Then you bake for about 30 minutes,depending on the heat of your oven.

For additional nutrition,you can add eggs and milk to your recipe.
