RECIPE


  • Cabbage - 200g
  • Carrot - 50g
  • Onions(optional) - 25g
  • Mayonnaise,natural yourghurt - 125ml


METHOD


  • -Trim off the outside leaves of the cabbage
  • -Cut into quarters,remove the centre stock
  • -Wash the cabbage,shred finely and drain well
  • -Scrap,wash and also shred the carrot
  • -Mix with a fine julienne of raw carrot and shredded onions
  • -Mix with mayonnaise ,natural yourghurt or vinegress
  • -Serve cold


NOTE
*To lessen the harshness of raw onions,blanche and refresh
