  • Cocoyam
  • Fresh pepper
  • Salt
  • Maggi
  • Palm oil
  • Onions


METHOD

  • - Wash and peel the cocoyam
  • - Grate the cocoyam with a grater
  • - Add sliced fresh pepper,maggi,dalt,oniond to taste
  • - Mix well
  • - Put Palm oil on the fire
  • - When hot,cut in balls and fry
