OHA SOUP
Recipe
Uziza leaf
Oha leaf (Use hand to cut the leaf)
Meat (Assorted)
Dry fish
Stockfish
Promo
Fresh pepper or dry pepper
Ofor or cocoyam for thickening
Crayfish (grinded)
Onions
Seasoning
Ogiri
Palm oil

METHOD
- Wash,season and boil meat and stockfish
- Add Palm oil,pepper then cover
- Add photo (optional) and stir it
- Add Ofor into hot water and stir it,then add it directly into the soup without making any lumps on it
- Add crayfish (grinded) , cover it to boil
- Open it and stir it,add uziza leaf and stir also,then add oha leaf and stir.
- Taste and correct seasoning.

**NOTE*
The soup only requires little Palm oil
