RECIPE
- Cooking oil
- Onions
- Garlic gloves
- Carrot( crushed )
- Green pepper
- Fresh tomatoes
- Rice
- Water
- Salt to taste and maggi
- Fresh pepper
- Pork meat or chicken or cooked ham
- Cooked shrimps for decoration
METHOD
- - Heat the oil in a sauce pan,add onions,crushed garlic and pepper,then Fry for 5 minutes,stir in the par boiled rice and Fry for two minutes
- - Pour in the water and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes
- - Add the remaining ingredients and bring back to boil
- - Cook until rice is tender and liquid absorbed
- - Serve as a main dish after garnishing with the cooked shrimps,diced carrot and parsley leaf (lettuce)
