Recipe
• Flour 250g
• Baking powder 1 teaspoon
• Salt ½ teaspoon
• Bicarbonate soda ½ teaspoon
• Sugar 150g
• Egg 1
• Milk ½ cup
• Fruits 125g
• Banana 1 ripe (mashed)

Method
1.) Preheat oven to 180@°C
2.) In a large clean and dry bowl,combine flour,baking powder,bicarbonate soda,salt and sugar.
3.) Add fruits mix to combine.
4.) In a medium bowl,beat egg with milk and oil,then fold in mashed banana.
5.) Make a well at the centre of the bowl containing flour mixture,add the egg mixture,stir until combined.
6.) Pour batter into a well greased loaf thin.
7.) Bake for 65-70 minutes
8.) Allow to cool in tin for 10 minutes.
9.) Turn into a wire rack to cool
