Chicken
Ginger
Pepper
Onions
Garlic
Green pepper
Vinegar
Vegetable oil
Tomatoes
Tomato puree
Corn starch or flour
METHOD
• Cut all vegetables into stripes
Put vegetable in a pot and allow to heat,add onion and Fry .
• Add blended tomatoe and pepper,fry very well to avoid sourness,
• cook for five minutes.
• Add tomato puree,continue frying,add blended ginger,garlic and salt.
• Add the washed chicken into the sauce.
• Add water or chicken stock.Add little vinegar,then stir,cook for few minutes.
• Mix the corn starch with water and add to the soup.
• Add the vegetable , that is green pepper,red pimento,
• Allow to simmer
