Preparing Bitter Leaf

Today I will walking you through how to prepare my favorite soup,bitter leaf soup. It's a cheap and highly nutritious soup to prepare.

It increases the rate of metabolism in the body system,thereby improving loss of weight.
It detoxifies the blood,prevents indigestion,rheumatism,scurvy and nourishes the skin.
Prevent diabetics,regular intake of bitterleaf in diet helps to counter the effect of excess sugar in your blood stream,thereby reducing the high level of sugar in the blood
Causes mild stomach ailment,pile,fight liver problems and energizes you
It's also a rich source of vitamins,such as bit A,B1 and B2 which are needed by our body

INGREDIENTS
1.) Bitterleaf
2.) Palm oil
3.) Fish,meat,or kpomo(This depends on your own choice)
Stockfish
4.) Seasoning
5.) Pepper
6.) Onions
7.) Crayfish (Pounded)


METHOD

1.) Cut,slice and wash bitterleaf. Wash it for about 2 to 3 times (depending on ur taste)
2.) Then u put the ready washed bitterleaf into your blender with the pepper and onions and blend them all
3.) Wash and cook meat,fish or kpomo,depending on the one you choose to use. Cook until tender.
4.) Add stock fish,allow to boil for about two (2) minutes.
5.) Then you add your grinded bitterleaf,pepper and onions into the boiled meat.
NOTE
PLS DO NOT STIR OR COVER IMMEDIATELY YOU ADD THE BITTERLEAF
6.) When it has booked for about 4 minutes,you then add a little palm oil and the pounded crayfish and stir.
7.) Taste for seasoning
8.) Correct seasoning
9.)Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes
10.) Our bitterleaf soup is ready.
* Can be served with any solid of your choice*
